Anne Renehan, Boris FX Director of Marketing, premiered Boris Continuum
Complete (BCC) running on AVX!" 2.0 - the latest version of the
effects plug-in architecture. AVX 2.0 provides significant new features,
including access to the Avid advanced key framing model. Instead of
being limited to 8-bit color depth, filters will offer 16-bit resolution.
BCC AVX offers a suite of native filters that is bundled with all
Avid Media Composer® Adrenaline!" systems and is an optional
plug-in for other Avid systems.

Noisybrain Productions, LLC presented both a quick overview of Direct-to-Edit
Technology (recording directly to a hard drive from your camera) and
a hands-on demo of how the FireStore FS-3 and the new FS-4 DTE Recorders
from Focus Enhancements support the Avid natively without rendering.
