Schedule of Events: 6:30pm - 7:00pm | Registration & Networking Meet other editors and Avid representatives. 7:00pm - 7:45pm | Boris Blue Dirk de Jong, Blue product manager at Boris FX, will demonstrate the new release of the Boris Blue product, showing it being used as a plugin within an Avid project. Blue 2 adds many significant new workflow and effects features but certainly one of the most significant new features of the Blue 2 release is that in addition to being used as a standalone 3D compositor Blue can now be used as a plugin within Avid editing systems; offering fast and powerful 3D effects capabilities right in the Avid timeline. 8:00pm - 8:45pm | Accelerating Avid-to-Avid Post Collaboration Is post-production over long distances a challenge for your Avid systems?
