7:00pm - 9:00pm | Steve Audette - Editing Frontline

Steve Audette has been an editor for 16 years and is now FRONTLINE's Senior Editor; cutting two documentaries a year for the series. In addition, he works as a relief editor, under the supervision of the FRONTLINE Executive Producers, fine-cutting documentaries to prepare them for broadcast on PBS's premier public affairs program. Recently Steve has been nominated to join the prestigious ranks of The American Cinema Editors (A.C.E.)

Steve will be discussing his recent work and workflow. This will be an A-Z description of the process and methods, used to make the many Emmy, Peabody and Dupont-Columbia award-winning documentaries he has worked on.

The evening's program will have a special elongated seminar on integrating After Effects into the AVID workflow. As well as his theories and practices for integrating stills into the timeline.
