Presenters:
Andy Liebman, Founder and CEO, EditShare
Jeff Herzog, Product Manager, EditShare
EditShare has developed a line of products that enable smart workflow and collaboration at all stages of post production, from ingest to editing
to archiving. Andy and Jeff will bring the newest releases of EditShare Flow, XStream and Ark and demonstrate how EditShares solutions
work in a real-world shared workflow, with multiple editors ingesting and sharing media and projects. They will show how editors can use:
- EditShare Flow to ingest files simultaneously in Avid or Final Cut Pro/Premiere formats and browse clips anywhere in your facility
- Ethernet-based EditShare XStream Storage to manage and share SD to uncompressed HD media, regardless of the platform or application
(Avid, FCP, Premiere, Pro Tools, 2K, etc)
- EditShare True Project Sharing to share clips, projects, and bins effortlessly whether you're working in Avid or Final Cut Pro.
- EditShare Ark to effortlessly backup and archive your EditShare media and projects
In the spirit of bringing together Avid and FCP editors, the pair will also demonstrate the ground breaking EditShare Universal Media Files technology,
which allows editors to capture ONE set of media files that can be read by both Avid and Final Cut Pro NLEs. These clips can be edited into
sequences that can be freely exchanged between Avid and FCP with no re-rendering re-linking, or transcoding required.
